I have multiple payday loans and do not have the means to pay them. What is the best way to deal with them?

First off, check with their legal status. Let us know if you need help in this regard, we would be glad to assist you.

Secondly, check if they would agree to set-up a repayment plan with you.

Thirdly, you may sign-up for free debt counselling with this site to receive professional guidance.

One last thing, if you really owe to them, you may have to find a way to pay-off the debts. Some may suggest you to avoid the debts, but that isn't really a great idea.

State is Delaware and they are internet loans.. I have 3 of them.. they were originally $500, $500 and $400.. on the 2 $500 loans I have paid them each $150 twice as the fee.. they are all in default now. I can probably pay them each $100 every 2 weeks.. will they go for that?

And I have no idea if internet payday loans are legal in DE
