i have multiple payday loans out that i havent paid for multiple months because of finacial problems. can they take me to court? and if so i would go to jail would i? the guy said i was being charged with stealing the money. can that happen? i live in california. im scared. i didnt mean for this to happen.

I havent been able to pay any yet. i have one at cashcentral.com a place called money mart. one at ace. one at advance america. the are all about 300 plus late fees.
