Ok. Here is a list of my payday loans: I obtained all of them through the internet:

PayDay Select-$500/ paid $143.75
Greenlight Funding-$150/ paid $90
Magnum Cash Advance-$530/ paid 131.81
PayDay One-$500/ paid $145
MyCashNow-$390/ paid $0
PayDayLoan Yes-$350/ paid $105
PayDayOK-$500/ paid $100

I reside in Tennessee. Thank you for any help you can give me.

I will be able to pay most of these loans off in mid-January, but until then I'm just going to be drowning in debt, and have more payments scheduled to come out of my checking account than I can afford! Should I just close my checking account? or try and work with these people. I tried calling one already, and they want me to keep with my same payment schedule, and I can't afford to do that.

Internet based companies with no physical presence in TN can lend legally under another state's license. They would need to follow the laws of the state for which they are licensed.

PayDay Select- Licensed in Deleware
Greenlight Funding-??
Magnum Cash Advance- Licensed in Deleware
PayDay One- Licensed in Deleware
MyCashNow-??
PayDayLoan Yes- Not licensed
PayDayOK- Licensed in Deleware

Closing you account before your next payday is the only way you can get control. Be sure to check if your bank has a policy to force it back open if electronic withdrawal comes through. It appears that these loans were taken around the same time and are going to hit you like a tidal wave on your next payday.
