Hello, I currently have 4 payday loans

Ace cash express 200 + 51 finance charge per pay period

Check n go 300 + 77 finace charge per pay period

Magnum 400, 170 per pay period for 4 weeks

Plain Green Loans 600, 100 per pay period for 10 weeks

I cannot afford these loans anymore as my hours got cut at work, I was thinking of working with Progressive Loan Relief however I'm reading mixed results about this company through post on this forums. I REALLY need help as I cannot pay my rent or my car payment or even have food because of these companys, what will happen to me if I cut them off from my paycheck? I don't want to be sued, I want to pay these companys but I can't afford that much as I am a single income, any advice would be appreciated!

Also where do I go to check and see if these loans are legal in my state?

No NOT waste your money on debt relief companies for loans in Ohio. All of your loans are ILLEGAL since Ohio is a low interest loan state. Close your bank account.....you owe principal only....no fees, no interest.

Again thank you for all the information!

I have heard though that Check N Go online as well as Ace Cash Express is legal, even though I've checked with the state laws and the interest and finance fees they are charging me are illegal by the state. Is there somewhere I can go to get more infomation about these companies to see if they are lisenced and if so how they are getting away with charging such cost?
