I currently got myself into some trouble with payday loans, i owe 5 of them now, and i dont know what to do. i live in ohio, and i went online and found white hills cash, qxlonline, and cashnetusa. I cant pay them all back and now some company called my money leaf is taking out 29.95 charges and its putting me even more in the hole with the bank. what are my options? what can i do, i have direct deposit also so my money is flying out the door. Can you help me?

Please do not double post. It is confusing and time consuming for the mods to combine your threads and/or a waste of time because several different people are answering in the same question in multiple locations.

I'm going to close this thread. http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/forums/showthread.php?t=171422
and answer you here instead.

OK, so:

CashNetUSA and Checkintocash are legal in Ohio.

Is Quick Cash a storefront (possibly a gold exchange or pawn shop)?

QXL and White Hills are not licensed in Ohio.

First dispute the $29.99 with your bank as an unauthorized transaction. Then answer my question above and start following the steps in my signature link.

Quick cash is a store front. What is killing me is I took out too many loans and now next week I'll be overdrafted a ton. I can pay the 2 store fronts Friday with my nephews help but he'll need the money right back so I'm ok with those 2 but the other ones I won't be able to pay and I see hundreds of dollars in the negative, I disputed the one thing I talked about but my bank said the charge is pending and thy can't do anything but it debited my account and put me in the negative. I'm so dumb for letting myself get this way I jus need to find some light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you for your time

Well, you need to have your bank put your account into a deposit only status until you can get it into a positive balance, then close it.

Call, visit or email the 3 legal lenders (CNU, CIC and Quick) and ask them for an extended payment plan. CNU will divide your current balance into 4 equal payments. CIC will either defer your due date an extra pay date or divide your balance into 2 payments. I'm not sure what Quick Cash does.

For the 2 illegal lenders, you need to follow the step by step instructions in my signature link.
