Can anyone help me find out more info on MyNextPaycheck?

I received the following email:
Dear xxxxxxxx,

[SIZE=3]Your account with My Next Paycheck is severely delinquent. You must call us at 1-800-220-0351 immediately to make arrangements to bring your account current or to pay off. It is important for your future credit standing that you contact us at once. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=3]We have tried to contact you by telephone and email numerous times with no success. If we do not hear from you within 3 business days we will turn your account over to a third party collector. We will also report you to CLVerify and Teletrack as defaulting on this loan.[/SIZE]

What do I do? I mean CLVerify and Teletrack? ALl I have gotten from them is that they are a "tribal entity", and if you look at some of my posts, you will find that the government takes a "hands-off" approach to these, and that some state governments have been trying to fight these "tribal entity" protected PDLs somewhat unsuccessfully.

Do I need to call them? Or are they still illegal? Will this go on my record? And btw, I paid them $420 for a $350 loan.


Now they have emailed this...what do I do???

I recieved those letter from them and was turned over to ARM of FLorida. I requested information regading the debt via us mail and never heard a work from them. I believe I heard from then sometime at the end of January and have heard nothing since them. When I got those letters I resent my original notififcations to them and said they needed to have the coutesty to reply to me as I was the customer. Have not heard anything.
