MYPAYDAYLOAN.COM email

Hey there and welcome! Sounds like an empty threat to me. If I am not mistaken, that company is overseas, Costa Rica I believe. Do they have access to your bank account? :?

I am dealing with them as well. I paid $600 on a $500 loan and they continue to say I owe them $575.

They now want me to pay $57.50 in 10 bi-weekly payments to them. They are an overseas PDL...
they can't do that....dont worry!

now they have sent it to collections with a company named detex collections agency. does anyone have any info on them ? i found them here in the states but how can a us business do colections for an illegal out of the country comapany?

is detex located in the us,or is any address they have just a shell?it does seem odd that an illegal overseas pdl can do anything even with a CA in the states,if anything a legit us address would be begging for AG complaints and lawsuits against them.

don't know they are listed as detexagency.com and have telephone numbers but only a po box

can someone help me by sending a copy of a c&d letter and revoking a wage assignment? I need to send these to cover my behind. Leaving no stone unturned thanks!!

ok update everyone 2 days of bliss from no emails from mypaydayloan and gfsil. 1 day of no phone calls at work from gfsil. think they have given up? i doubt that lol
