What are my rights to stop these people?

I got a $700 loan with them. I had to a finance charge of $154.93 in order to extend the contract because I could not pay off the balance at that time. On payment 3, I went to a store located at
1231 E. Irving Blvd
Irving, TX 75060
I asked them if I could pay the finance charge at this location because it was the closest to me, as I had a birthday party to attend, and she asked if I was going to began making payments at this store. I told her no, I was just in the area and decided to stop there because I could not go back to Dallas, I was running late. She took the payment and I assumed it would be left at that.
My next payment due date rolled around and I received a phone call from the woman at the Irving, TX store. She was asking when I could make the payment. I told her that I was going to have to go to the store located in Dallas, TX the following Tuesday because my paycheck was mailed to me for some reason and the bank held it until that Tuesday. She told me that she would let the creditors know this and I had to bring something showing the hold on the check. I told her ok, I asked if my checking account was going to be drafted and she said no, the deadline would be extended to Tuesday so that my check would post and I could make a payment.
This was on 07/31//2011. Monday came and I discovered that they made an attempt to withdraw the entire balance due. My bank closed my account. I had to pay my bank fees. And I get another call from the woman at the Irving, TX store. I kindly told her what happend and explained to her what happend and because of it, I could not pay. This began the harassment.
The lady and her peers at the store in Irving, TX called every day after, leaving messages on my phone. Then I started getting messages on my phone from one of the women at this store stating she was trying to work something out with me before they take me to court, and other things of that nature. She then began to start calling references. On a Saturday, 08/20/2011, I get a message from the woman stating she just went to my job and served me papers as if she was a peace officer. I went to work Sunday night to to be given an unsealed letter from my supervisor. When I read it, it was a collection letter, exposing the debt with EzMoney as the corporation and not the store itself. I also got placed on a disiplinary action subject to termination because they consider this as exposing our clients and putting them at risk. My supervisor said that they receive phone calls from this lady even after telling her she is not allowed to call there..
I called there and of course laid into her because I felt like she did not have a right to expose me in such a way. I told her at that point she was no longer allowed to contact me, my references, or my job an any way whatsoever. She told me she was going to keep doing this until my debt is paid.
I was doing some research and I see that they have to be registered. I did a search on https://direct.sos.state.tx.us/cso/csosearch.asp,
I found the company itself but neither of these 2 stores are listed on the site.
and on http://occc04.occc.state.tx.us, I cannot find the company, however I was able to locate both of the stores and they are listed as inactive.
How do I stop this before they get me fired/

Hi nbk,
This is a common scenario with people who take out payday loans. Unless the consumers become aware of the fact that payday loans will actually destabilize their financial situation further, no one will be able to get out of this curse!!
As you've now received a letter from a collection agency, you should first ask them to validate the debt. Unless the collection agency validates the debt, you shouldn't start making them any payments. Once they validate the debt, you should negotiate with them for an affordable repayment plan so that you can pay off the debts. Once you start paying off the debts, the collection calls will be stopped and you can negotiate with your employer so that you don't get terminated.
Take care

This is a third party collection agency calling you at work? If so, you tell them you cannot receive these types of calls at work. If you've already told them that and they continue to call, you file a complaint with your state's Attorney General's office AND the FTC and give a copy to your employer. Let them know you are being harrassed!
