Hi!
Welcome to the Forums!
Well, first of all you should check whether or not they have the license to operate in your state. If they are not licensed, then you are required to pay back the principal amount. But if they have the license to operate in your state, then you are legally obligated to pay off the principal amount along with interests and fees. If you don't make payments on the loan, then they can file a lawsuit against you. You should try to settle debt asap. You may also try to negotiate an affordable repayment plan with them.

If you are in a financial crisis and can???t repay your debts in full, then you can contact with your lenders and negotiate with them. You may try to consolidate the debts on your own. If the lenders don???t agree to negotiate with you, then you may get help from a reputable debt consolidation company. This company then negotiates with your lenders on your behalf.
or option #3
since titan is not a legal lender in any sense of the word here is what you do.
1)file a police report as you will not be served at work.why?because alot,or most states prohibit service that way.it's a scare tactic.
2)try to remember these things below.
3)how much was borrowed from titan.
4)how much was debited by titan until default.
you see being as titan is illegal you only owe the principle borrowed, and anything debited gets deducted from that.example:
you borrowed 400.00 from titan.they debit say 125.00 four times.you overpaid this illegal loan by 100.00 and owe nothing further.either way titan did breakl the law with the threat so file a police report, and then file an AG complaint.then deal with them on your terms.that is if you actually owe them anything.just don't be shocked if you are not served because you won't be.
