Got a call today from 1st National Arbritation. They stated that there were charges against me and I was being sent papers tomorrow. The charges according to them is that I wrote a bad check. Finally the guy said it was in regards to Cashnetusa. I did default on that PDL left owing around 200.00. Is this just a bottom feeder? He finally hung up because I kept saying I didn't know what he was talking about.

You have to specify the CashNet loan you defaulted on because one is legal and the other is using a similar name and the confusion it creates to make you think they are legally licensed. 1st National based on friendly Google searches shows that many believe them to be a scam out to threaten and intimidate you.
