Hello All,
I just received a call at work from a Janet at National Credit Adjustors asking for a fax number. I said we don't have a fax. She then asked for me and said she needed to contact my HR department for employment verification. She needs to send paperwork into regards to an Archway Holding Group loan. I told her I had no idea what she was talking about (I completely overpaid on this loan). I e-mailed my hr department and payroll and said not to give any information. Can National Credit Adjustors do anything?

Did you do a wage assignment revocation? Email one to them imme
Did you do a wage assignment revocation? Email one to them immediately and give a copy to your payroll department immediately. The cannot garnish your wages without suing you first.

besides NCA is a complete bottomfeeder that never sues,never has sued,or ever will sue.they rely on semi-illegal to totally illegal tactics to collect.last thing since no pdl is legal in NY they would be laughed out of court if they even tried.so no worries on that.
