What can i do about threats from Nationwide aka Ambassador? How should my next email read?

Have you already filed complaints on them? Do as frog posted above. I would also file/re-file complaints to the agencies stating harrassing abusive threats.

idpl, if you can't control your hysterical laughter, you might be better off sending in a certified letter. LOL!

to tell me my background is being investigated for possible fraud in obtaining loans from the internet, which is a federal offense! I would like to look him in his face while he actually tells me this bull to my face!

Oh my goodness! Here we go again with the threats of "fraud"! Isn't it amazing! Of course, with many others, I've been accused of fraud. And, sass, one of them emailed me something about knowing I used my work computer and they could claim fraud against my employer. Something along those lines. I was like "What???" Someone needs to drop a house on these people!

I hope they are stupid enough to send this threat via email--Its just the ammunition I need! I'm afraid to call them though-just don't trust "my smart mouth". I need to find out what they feel I owe them, which will probably produce an even bigger laugh! Who is the best person to report this threat to? it really makes me mad since they denied me after paying 0ff 2 loans and later sent a phone and email solicitation--hope I still have the email! Ill fix their butts, now i'm going to lookup what I paid on the other loans and ask for a refund on those as well. For NY, do I use the 16% or 25% interest figure?
