Nationwide Cash and Advance Me Today

I have been reading this forum for some time and with all of your help I have contacted all of my payday loan companies and closed my account. I have some questions and I hope someone can help. I received a call from Paul at 888-408-9716 ext 521 and another call from him at 877-711-1199 ext. 521. I called him back at the later number at he said he was with Nationwide Cash. The other call he said he was from Advance Me Today. I have overpaid on both loans. I told him I live in NY and these loans are illegal. He said that I STOLE money from them. He was VERY nasty and said that they will get my new bank account info and take their money. Is this possible? How is the same guy calling me from both companies?

if i'm not msitaken both are affiliated.meaning they are d/b/a's of the same bigger co.kinda like mycashnow,and paydaymax.as far as his stupid illegal threats.report him to your AG asap.he can't find your account number unless you give it to him.also report him to your local police for the threats.then ignore him.
Advance Me Today
I wanted to let you know that Advance Me Today is located in San Jose Costa Rica. I declined a loan from this company and they still put money in my account then I saw debits to my account that I did not authorize. I then closed that account and opened a new account. Well 3 months later I get a call from John Hill of Advance Me Today stating that I commited fraud and stole money from them, I then informed him that I did not accept the loan from them nor did I sign any documents. Mr. Hill then stated that he knew everytime that I went to the bank, and how much money I took out. Well I then went to my bank and found that this company deposited money in my account and had taken out over $600.00 for a 300.00 loan that I did not agree to. I then talked to Mr. Hill again and informed him that internet loans are illegal in my state, and that Advance Me Today was not licensed in my state. Mr. Hill stated that he would take me to court and then I told him to go ahead and take me to court, because then his company would have to admit to a Class 6 Felony for lending in Virginia without a license. Since that converstation I have not had anymore calls from them.
