I got into such a mess with Nationwidecash

I got into such a mess with online PDL's I have closed my bank account so they can't get any money. I am so fare behind in medical and other bills I can't pay. I received this wonderful email from the today. Can they do this?

Nationwide Cash captures the IP addresses for all internet transactions, and will trace the source of your application. If you used your employer%u2019s computer to conduct this transaction, your employer may be contacted as part of any ongoing investigation.
Please be advised that, Nationwidecash will take any necessary steps to pursue any lawful actions to recover its funds. This includes authorization to seek civil and if appropriate, criminal penalties. Failure to respond to this notice upon receipt will leave us no other alternative but to turn your delinquent file over to our in house attorney to seek legal action against you to recover our funds.

Please contact this office upon receipt of this notice to make payment arrangements by ACH, Credit Card / Debit Card and or Western Union.
