This is total BS and unprofessional. What Legal company responds this way?? Looks like an fustrated employee just scared to respond to your challenges. They are Illegal, so do not pay them crap, their will be no Legal proceedinds because they are unlicensed in almost every state. Ignore this and continue to send them your proposal letter untill you reach a reasonable settlement. Looks like you have them on the run :wink:
