I live in NC and have these Payday Loans listed. My questions are;
1) Are these legal here in NC
2) If I did over paid on some, can I get a refund ?
3) If so, How do I write such a letter to get refund?
4) How do I get a Paid in Full letter from PDL.

hello nick.you have overpaid every pdl you have therefore you owe nothing more.follow guests advice and go to the sticky.it will guide you every step of the way.i can tell you that oneclick,and paydaymax will be bears to deal with having had them myself.you should push for refunds on all of them.btw the sticky guest refers to is titled DEALING WITH ILLEGAL LENDERS.it is at the top of this forum.
