filing a claim w/bank

I posted this recently but didn't get a response so I thought I would try it again. I've filed claims in the past against charges that have come through my account that were not authorized and my bank gave me a "TEMORARY" credit until they researched the claim. Fortunately the claims were always permanent. I was told that the debitor must provide proof that the charge was legitimate. Speedy Loan has been taking out $90 every two weeks on a $300 loan. I've paid them now over $1,100 and that is only the finance charge. What happened to them paying down the loan? I live in the NC so I don't think they have a leg to stand on if I claim some of those debits back from the bank, as pdl's are illegal anyway. Has anyone done this before with success?
I have never done this so I have no experience in this matter.

You really need to close the account. The PDL will continue to take rollover fees forever if you don't.
You can try to put a block on them with the bank but it does not sound like your bank is very helpful.
Once you have the block or have closed the account then sent them the illegal letter stating they are illegal and that you have already paid the principle on the loan.
