I have several loans. My checking account has is now closed. Now they are going to hassle me. Can you guys tell me which of these are legal? I have legal aide ready to assist me because these internet loans are not legal in the state of NC.

Extrafund - illegal they claim tribal laws. Cashtransfercenters

Extrafund - illegal they claim tribal laws. Cashtransfercenters is illegal - based in Canada no license in US. Plain Green is illegal also claim tribal. However if the loan is pretty old (ThinkCash) then it's legal as it's an installment loan through First Bank of Delaware. CashJar is illegal.

I've dealt with each of these. Please let me know if you need more information.

ThinkCash (if it was signed under that name) is your only legal

ThinkCash (if it was signed under that name) is your only legal loan. However, NC has very strict finance charge caps (36%) on small loans. Call the Attorney General's office. They will help you.
