In North Carolina Internet payday lenders are not legal, either because of restrictive laws, or because the state does not license companies not located in that state, but requires a state issued license to lend. I am moving this to the payday loan section.
PDL's are a headace
My loans are through paydaymax.com, speedypayday.com, Kenwood scvs, Arrowhead Investments, and webpayday.com. Does anyone have any info available for these companies.

Currently I've frozen my bank acct to stop any additional drafts. Can these licensed companies later decide they want to sue for any unpaid balances?

Search this site for your loan companies and determine if they are illegal. If they are then you only owe the principal on the loan. If they are legal then contact them and make payment arrangments.
If they are payday lenders, they are NOT legally lending to N.C.
If they are payday lenders, they are NOT legally lending to N.C. residents, which means they can NOT seek judgment against you.
