I am drowing in PDL debt and have been visiting this forum trying to find a solution. This is a great place for information and I'd like to thank everyone for posting their stories. Here is my information:

10 PDL loans taken out due to husband losing job and medical bills for my son. I know it was stupid, but needed to do it. For almost a year now I've been living paycheck to paycheck and these PDL's are draining me dry.

USFastCash - $550 loan - have pd $875 to date
Ameriloan - $450 loan - have pd $725 to date
Paychecktoday - $600 loan - have pd $1550 to date
Kingston Financial - $300 loan - have pd $1424 to date
JHS Marketing - $300 loan - have pd $2160 to date
Vince Enterprises - $300 loan - have pd $2160 to date
OneClickCash - $500 loan -- have pd $150 to date -- had previous loan of $300 and pd $910 total
LoanShopOnline - $500 loan - have pd $600 to date
MyCashNow - $810 loan - have pd $351.19 to date - had previous loan of 810 and pd 1812.72 total
CashTransferCenters - $1100 loan -- will pay back $1100

I have closed my back account so they can no longer debit my account. I am now in the process of writing letters and hope to email those today/tomorrow. I will then send letters via mail.

However, I'm missing addresses on PaycheckToday, Kingston Financial, JHS Marketing, Vince Enterprises, Loanshoponline, MyCashNow and CashTransferCenters. If anyone could provide those addresses I would be extremely grateful.

I feel ashamed I got into this mess. I live every day in fear that these people are going to call my work or home and harrass my relatives. I got behind on the mortgage because they keep debiting so much out. I'm hoping there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I know I have a fight ahead of me.

Any help/advice anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
You really made a big mistake by getting into this payday loan mess. This Online payday loan companies are not legal at your borrower, that's why they charge you such a high interest charge every month.
Once you have already closed your bank account have over paid them on every accounts almost, the best option for you would be to get in touch with them & work out a payment plan & pay them off as early as possible...

This is not very good advice, please be careful about the advice you offer. Passing judgment on people for having debts is not what this forum is about, we are here to offer advice.

Thanks Shazzers. I already beat myself up on a daily basis for how stupid I was to get in this mess.

Here's a quick update. JHS Marketing responded to my email and said that I signed a contract and am obligated, however, at this time they are considering the debt paid in full. Whoo hoo!

The email I sent to Vince Enterprises came back saying they were the customer service group and they would forward my email to Vince Enterprises. They also provided an address. Here it is in case anyone else needs it:

Vince Enterprises
623 Main St. Hunkins Plaza
Charlestown Nevis, West Indies

Still waiting to hear from the rest of them.

Your payday loan laws are at the link below, obviously you already know none of these lenders are licensed.
paydayloaninfo.org/stateinfo/NC.asp

I do hope you realize that closing your account is really the only way to completely protect your account, placing blocks and freezes on your account will only be effective temporarily, your account will never be safe again. CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with unlicensed lenders.

hey shazzers that is some real good information you provided there and you should keep up the good work.I agree with shazzers on closing your bank account since these paydayloans charge your account through a virtual terminal and often function under different names so if you put stop payment on one the charge you for a different amount and a different name.we have your back on this forum you can check this link
for the payday loan state law. credit.com/credit_information/credit_law/PaydayLoanLaws.jsp
i think this may be help full. You can also use the sample debt validation letters for disputing these debts i hope it will be of some use to you. all the best and go for them
thanks shazzers once again for your contribution:)

Thank you Shazzers for the addresses. Do you have an email and/or address for MyCashNow? All the emails I get from them are returned undeliverable when I respond.

Here's an update on my situation:

JHS considers paid in full
CashTransferCenters sent me an email saying loan was paid off and I can no longer access their site.

No other communication from anyone else.

Bank account is closed and they are no longer able to get my money!!

This is a great forum and I appreciate all the help I've received. Thank you for providing such a great place for advice!!
