Logan Harris of Personal Cash Advance

I live in NC, had several payday loans, used the info here to stop them, actually got some paid in fulls but basically heard nothing from most of them. Now . . .
One of my references on a previous payday advance loan has been getting increasingly aggressive calls from Logan Harris. From what she could understand (very thick accent) he was threatening her with legal action because he couldn't get in touch with me. I finally called the number today and he said that he was an officer of the NY Civil Court and there was pending legal action against me there. He could not tell me the name of the company, only that it was one of 60-80 under the umbrella of Personal Cash Advance. I asked for a fax number to fax over a C&D and debt validation letter and the area code is in Washington state, not NY. I called NY Civil Court and, gee, they do not have any officer of the court named Logan Harris. I checked the NY Court dockets and there is no legal proceeding open with my name on it. The number for him is in NY, but a reverse search said it was unlisted.
Has anyone ever heard from this guy before, or the umbrella company? I have faxed over a C&D and requested that he prove his position as officer of the court and the pending legal action. I also sent a complaint to the NC Attorney General, who has gone to bat for me before.
Just wondering if there was any more information out there about him.
