I got a notice from NCA (natioanl credit association) on behalf of Think Cash (Bank of Delaware) asking me for the money owed within 30 days. I know I owe this payday loan but I haven't been able to pay due to job hardship. NCA is located in California and is a debt collector. Do you know if they can come after me? I live in Ohio too. Yes they can. Think Cash is a legal FDIC insured loan. Call Think Cash and make arrangements directly if possible. If the loan has been sold to NCA, then get a validation of debt from them in writing. Since they've already written to you once I'd assume it's legit. Most illegal collectors won't write they will call.
