How do I find out if an internet payday loan can do business in my state (North Dakota). If they are not and I have been going to them for over two years on a regular basis can I get a refund because if you add it up I have paid over 10K and the amount of stress with the foreclosure and trying to claw my way to a normal life 10K would sure be nice?

You can check the license database of N. Dakota "http://www.state.nd.us/dfi/regulate/reg/regulated.asp" for the name of the lender. If they are not licensed, they are illegal in the state. Can you tell us how much was your principle amount borrowed?

I Sent The Suggested Letters.....PLEASE HELP!!!

I sent the suggested letters and the response that I received from CashNetUSA is posted below. They are legal in Texas. What should I do now? I plan to go to the bank and ask to put my account in deposit status only. I don't want to close my account because another acct in the past was closed for PDLs and NSF fees. So, I'm afraid that I won't be able to open another account.
