i was making payments on a payday loan that went to collections, i was paying 50 a month and some times twice a month. some payments didnt go threw cuz they would run them before i put the money in the back. anyway a was bullied to pay the whole 700 i owed left they would settle for 500, i was scared and set up payment then i called left message that i didnt have the money i can only pay what i was already paying. anyway yhey called me today saying i had no time i need to pay today or else they would go after my husband. i dont live with my husband anymore we split up 2years ago, can they do that or are they just trying to scare me into paying them i would if i had it thats why i was paying what i could

Which state do you live in, and who is the payday loan with, and how much borrowed, paid so far? Are you sure the pdl is even legal? I cannot believe a legitimate pdl company would tell you those things but I guess some are nasty. Write back ASAP with this information.
