Web Pay Day Loan - VA

That was almost a year ago and they are being EXTREMELY aggressive - even having a company they say is a processor - harassing me to force me to call them > my one last chance before she serves me.
Before this a man from NY called from them bullying me - trying to give me one last chance and doing me a favor.
But they are calling my job and my work cell and when I ask them to cease and decist - they just get someone else to call. This one processor - had her number blocked so I could not even google it.
The company collecting is UCG and I dont' remember the Pay Day loan company - it was awhile ago.
Can they collect in Virginia? I actualy honestly forgot about it till they strated up on me the last four months. It grew intolerable and then stopped and has now began again.
I can't believe they can be so rude, aggrogant and mean. They do not identify themselves as collecting for this company till I have to drag that information out of them.
The thing is - if she does serve me, what does this mean. I get taken to court? But this is a company well in another state.
I'm willing to give them small payments to pay this debt but they need to take into account my bounce check fees they caused, the last monies they took out and all of their double dipping that caused such trouble with my bank account I was forced to close it.
Thank you.
I'm frustrated at how they just put so much pressure on me and threatened to go to my home and work. That just scares me - especially as angry as they were.

Don't let those scammers scam you! There is nothing they can do to you. They cannot serve you over illegal loans, and they know that! They are lying through their teeth. As you probably are aware, all internet loans are illegal in Virginia (including Cash Call/Western Sky). There is a great site that you can visit and even talk to a well informed person about these kind of scams. Visit VAPerl. Let people at work know that you are a victim of fraud and to ignore these calls. I'd suggest staying off the phone to these scammers.

In my first question - I think I did not clarify that they did double-dip and did take out a payment before I was forced to close my bank account - due to their double dipping. They also would take the funds out early, which caused massive fees.
My bank basically threw up their hands because I would put a block on the specific amound and the online payday loan people would then simply put in for a lesser amount. My bank tried but these people were good.
I digress - the biggest issue I saw was, the last payment and the double dipping -NEVER- was applied to the account. They would profress I was incorrect or it was merely a bank error.
And yes you are correct - another woman called me on my work phone and again indicated she would serve me if I did not call the UCG.
The ONE ISSUE - is that they are blocking their phone numbers so I can't back track and find out who they really are. They said they were from a company named Process Solutions and I talked to a company that had all registered process servers listed - they were not there... abet they could be individual ones but again, I found no listing - anywhere.
If I had the phone numbers they were calling from I could also backtrack.
The thing is - I did not like how aggressive the first woman was in her "I"m heading to your home now....". after we argued, she did a "I'm heading to your place of employment - I will be there in 30 minutes and I'll be sure that everyone you work with knows you are being served for a debt".
I just find this above and beyond hostile and aggressive behavior.

It's illegal. Which means the payday loan was very likely illegal to begin with. Tell her you know this is a scam and that you won't be accepting any further calls.
Ignore her after that.
You won't be served.
