So, before last pay check I went to the bank and wasn't able to open a new account because my account was negative. Once I talked with someone at the bank and had reported ACH claims the banker worked with me to open a new account on that pay day and close the old account. The loans were taking my entire pay check so I had nothing to pay any other bills.
Once I was sure that my old bank account was closed I emailed (because I really didnt have the money to send them certified mail receipt) all of the payday loan my complaints with the BBB and FTC along with the letter that this site has so kindly provided. (I did change the names, etc.) I have heard back from only three of the six companies. Since then I have received a notice from the bank stating that the withdraws I had them investigate were found to be acceptable (i forget what term they used, but they sided with the pdls). What should I expect. I haven't received any more calls from anyone after that first day. I had a couple implied threatening messages, but then nothing. I still need to contact our state's AG, but I dont know if I need to send them anything else or what.
Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!

there are alot of people on this site who who can let you know what your next step should be. i am in default myself with three pdls....believe me they are not done with you. the phone calls will start, and soon...they are very nasty people...good luck to you. i am so glad i found this site

what is the name of your bank again?the reason you got messages then nothing is because your bank allowed the debits to go through.i would speak to the manager and no one else.bring your ACH revoke letters and let them know the situation.your bank should work with you on this.the pdl's shouldn't be able to access your account anymore.they can thanks to your bank.once your account is secured then you get the messages again.

nope.just make sure this new account won't be effected by any NSF'S that the old account might incur.
