Trying to find out if these PDL lenders are legal in Ohio. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Both of your lenders are illegal in your state. You owe them nothing more than the principal balance. No interest, no fees. Just close down your old bank account immediately and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account.
