PayDay Loans Connecticut

I don't have a lot of payday loans. But I'm still not sure of how to get out of this mess. I'm in debt way over my head and these stupid loans don't help. I have or have had the following:
Net Cash Usa borrowed 300 pd 480 paid in full
Pay Day max borrowed 400 paid 640 paid in full
Pay Day Max borrowed 500 paid 218 so far
Think Cash borrowed 1750 paid 475 so far
Paying 200 per pay period for just 2 payday loans is killing me, but I don't know what else to do. I can't seem to get a regular loan to pay these off. Please help if you can with any suggestions!
