What do I do to find out if I owe Westbury Ventures anything

They go under several names. westbury is a real pain to deal with. just keep asking them to validate the debt
out of the blue 6 years later they tried to take 390 from my acc

I was actually thinking of getting a loan and searching internet last week to make it to payday but was denied and thank goodness at lunch talking to a friend came to my senses and stopped. one company called and said I could have 100 but I told them I wasn't interested so that stop then out of the blue this company shows up on a thank goodness return from my bank. When I called she said that I had this 2002 loan and never paid and that's what I was trying to do again and that's how they got my info. I haven't ever had anything deposited from them. I asked for something showing where it came from or something. they just sent a request and all the crap about breach of contract. I stopped all ACH pmts from them with my bank. Also I replied to the email just asking for itemized statements. should I do anything else?

well thank the lord that you were denied. Don't go down that nasty highway again. The only thing that a pdl is good for is for true short term situations and you can pay them in full when they are due and no rewriting to stay ahead of everything.
