Hi,
I have seen many threads on Cash Call. I borrowed 2600 last may (2011) The loan was from Western Sky and turned over to Cash Call. I have paid over 5000.00 and still owe over 3000.00. I can't close my bank account because it is overdrawn. I have never been behind until now. Tomorrow I will officially be late. What can I do? I live in Massachusetts. Thank You

Payday loans are illegal in MA. Western Sky is an illegal lender. You have way overpaid the principal balance of the loan. Send ACH revocation letter to Cash Call and give a copy to your bank. Under Forums on this site, click on payday loan help, then click on sticky on how to deal with unlicensed lenders. Do this today.
