Problem with VIP loan

I never signed anything electronically requesting this loan from these people. I filled out a form and I received about 50 responses from various companies. I chose to go with one company called iadvance. I had to sign an electronic signature no less than 8 times and provide identification. That was the ONLY COMPANY I agreed to have a loan with. Then 4 days later I discover that my bank account had an additional deposit of $300. I never signed anything with these people so I need the paperwork fir loan bec they need to prove to me that I first asked for this and I agreed to have them deduct this money. I have nothing that shows any terms!! This is crazy

It would have been better if you could have asked your bank to reverse this transaction immediately after you received the money in your account. This would have made things easier for you. Now that you're facing difficulty, I will suggest you to contact an attorney and take his opinion in this matter. The attorney will better guide you in this regard.
