Sounds like a freakin scam to me. Next time they call, remind them, they have 5 days after their initial contact with you to send a dunning letter via USPS. For all you know, this call could be from Joe Blow down the street. Nope, any legit Attorney would know they need to send you notification through the mail.

Now they are passing idol threats and bully you into paying them. Complete scam!! BEWARE!! Do not give them no information whatsoever. When they call back tell them to kick rocks!!

You can file a complaint with your state AG and FTC. Unfortunatelly I doubt it would help stop them from doing business. These clowns are located overseas and use generated state side numbers to call consumers. It SUCKS!! hey, but it doesn't hurt to try! :wink:
