If anyone could help it would be most appreciated. All these loans are store front.

Hello ajsales and welcome to the community! :) I have a question for you, Store fronts don't usually allow you to make payments, so I was wondering how you have made payments, have you defaulted and set up an EPP arrangment with them. Also, I am moving this to the Payday loan section so it will receive more attention. :)

Could someone help point me in the right direction as to how I can get out of this hole.

I live in Ohio

I owe
Storefronts:

Cashland $550
Advance $230
National Cash $230
Checksmart $391

Internet:
Magnum Cash $528

I have defaulted on all of them, my bank account is still open. I have called them to try to make payment arrangements, but they refuse to work with me. What should my next step be?

Thanks
Sheila

Hi Sheila, Magnum Cash is illegal, CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.

Since you have defaulted on the store front lenders and have tried to set up payment arrangements I am going to give you some advice that is in your best interest because these lenders will eventually sue you. Instead of calling to set up payment arrangements, write them a letter, offer them a payment plan you can afford, explain your situation and send them all a payment you can afford with your letter in the form of a money order. Send this letter certified return receipt requested, this is for your protection, if it ever does go to court the judge will see that you were making an effort. Don't wait for them to say "yes", you can make payments, send them payments anyway! As much as you can, when you can, then, by the time they decide to take this to court, it might be paid off or close to it!
