I am securing my bank account on Monday, then my letters go out following Ohio Gals outline.

I have 3 payday loans.

Plain Green: $501 still owed. Have paid $3089 on a total of $2350 borrowed. The acutually owe me, in which I will ask for a refund which I won't hold my breath.

Mobil Loan(plain green sister site from what I can tell) Owe $455, have paid $809 on a total of $935 borrowed. Since I over paid Plain green by $500+ I will consider this a wash also.

SpotLoan Owe $686. Borrowed a total of $1500 have paid back $1351 I will pay them the $149 I still owe on the principal

I have a new bank account set up in the event my current bank wont work with me and go on "Deposit only" for the time beings.

I am so over these scum bags. It would have been a never ending cycle had I not found this site! Thanks gang!

Paul. I haven't heard from spotloan, and they never took the payment this month. Odd

Paul Here is the latest email from plaingreen.

Dear xxxxx,

Your correspondence has been directed to me for review.

As previously advised January 30, 2014, after reviewing your account history, we have closed your account from further activity. Payments made on prior loans were made according to the contracted rate and will not be applied to your current loan.

Thank you for the opportunity to respond.

Plaingreen and mobiloan both agreed to terms! They did not deduct payment today. They have both been accepted as paid in full!

I have not heard back from plaingreen as to my refund of $700+. probably will never see it.

As for spotloan. I sent 2 letters, no response. Although, they did not deduct my payment as of today. It usually comes out today. Maybe they are just playing silent

Thanks for the INFO!

I have emailed several times and getting no where. Seems they don't want the remaining $149 I owe. I am done with them. The calls have stopped. This is their latest response.

Thank you for your recent email. I understand that you reside in Ohio. As we previously explained, BlueChip Financial, an entity wholly owned by the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians, has a valid lending license issued by the tribe. Spotloan is located and operates on our Reservation in North Dakota and has no physical presence in xxxxxxx, nor does it employ any staff in Ohio. All loans are made from our Reservation, and our loan agreement – to which you agreed – is clear regarding what law governs in the event of disputes. You are obligated to fulfill this loan agreement that you sought out and accepted.

The outstanding balance of your loan, if you paid off all principal and interest today, is $xxxxx. Your next payment of xxxx is due on February xx, 2014. As your loan agreement clearly states, disputes shall be decided by arbitration and tribal law shall govern enforcement of any arbitration decision. If you choose to ignore your loan obligations, we will consider initiating an arbitration proceeding against you per your loan agreement.

If, instead, you would like to resolve this issue, we would be happy to work with you. Please contact your Relationship Manager, xxxxxx, at 888-681-6811 ext. xxx or by email at xxxxx@spotloan.com to get your loan back on track.

the arbtration is a crock as they can do nothing off of tribal ground as their immunity is only on tribal ground.you are right don't bother as they are deluded, stupid, and evil.forget about them.once these losers get the hint that you are not going to call,or continue the email pissing contest they will call again.just hang up on them.

On Mobiloan - you would still owe - principal of - $126.00 not associated with Plain Green - sites just look similar - just tell them how you want to repay the principal on your terms and when they agree then they get money - if they don't agree they get nothing.
The other 2 are correct, demand refunds, not that you will get them - but should still tell them you want. On Spot loan the repayment is still on your terms, and only when they agree to what you are saying, nothing until..

Who do you bank with? Usually not a problem tell them victim of fraud - which is true and that you are revoking ACH and need to shut down account on deposit only and end of story.

I would send the letters from their own customer service links on the websites that way you get proof right away that they received. Just copy and paste right in...

since the main ACH processor blocked/cutoff a huge number of illegal pdl's debit access that doesn't suprise me in the least.just if you get any communication about it,and you owe then pay it on your terms, and on your schedule not theirs.

spoke to soon, they replied with the typical BS about tribal lending and my account was accuring interest daily and to settle it before it gets out of control.

I simply told them I owe $149. I will pay 2 credit card payments of $74,50 to settle my end, the choice is theirs. I am reporting them to OAG and if they keep calling, is there a "cease and desist" I have read about?

Sorry - lost track of this thread - The statement from Plain Green is about all I ever got from them - Closed account from further activity.. Keep in a safe place.
When you sent your letter to spot loan - how did you send it? via their own website is the best - you will usually get at least a generic response back right away.
