I live in New Jersey and I am struggling with internet payday loan companies. I just defaulted on them this past Friday. I never have money they take it all! I am trying to find out if they are legal in New Jersey with the fees and interests they charge can I do something because I have paid the principles more than once. Some of them are in De. and they are charging me their fees and rates is that legal and one of them seem like they are in a whole different country. I don't know what to do I am at my wits end but I am tired of being broke please help me!:confused:

Are any of the loans you took from Delaware installment loans? If so, you are legally required to repay them, but work out repayment with them. You are responsible for repaying the principal you borrowed. If you've overpaid them, request a refund.

Read the sticky about illegal pdl loans and do a search on the companies you used to get a feel of how others have handled them.

I got an email this morning from Eastside saying the withdrawl came back and I should contact them via the phone to set up payments what do I need to do?
