payday loan help

I was just called today regarding a payday loan they say I never paid, now they say if I do not pay it by today I am going to be arrested, I have not been contacted by anyone regarding this until now and they say they are fronm attorney legal associates out of new york? I have had payday loans and still do, but do not remember not paying one. dont I have to contact or something , they just can not arrest me can they it was for 300.00 they now want 1072.00 and that includes a ooc?

They can't possibly arrest you today. It is not so easy. They are trying to scare you. Do you even owe this payday loan? You should check that first. Don't pay a penny without checking everything. This can be a scam also.
