I have a line of credit loan with them. I was told that any internet lender was illegal in VA. I was also informed of a class action law suit against them.
I was hoping someone had some additional info on them?

Their ranking with BBB and trustpilot is good enough...
But still the rate of interest is too high...do you have any other options in your mind??

Are they charging 35.99% interest on the loan? They claim to do so in their website.

Checked their website. They offer lines of credit in Kansas, Utah and the Commonwealth of Virginia. But I didn't find anything that proves NH is licensed in Virginia.

Are you planning to borrow money from them?
