I have loan with Integrity Advance for $400 in which
I have already paid $480 in fees. I just receive a
response from the BBB from them informing me that
my interpretation of the law is invalid. That I should
read my loans documents, that Delaware law governs the loan and the laws in the state of NJ
do not regulate the loan. Please can someone tell
me if this is true? I was under the impression that
payday loans are illegal in NJ so how can Delaware
law govern NJ law? Help

It's all BS. Just respond with;
Please note I am not a resident of Delaware, have never prescribed to be a resident Delaware and have no Delaware presence, as such am not subject to the Delaware laws you detail. I am however a resident of N.J. and MY state law prevails.
