Payday Loans

I have several payday loans One Click Cash, SQGPprocessing,
Kenwood Services, Integrity Advance, Loan Point USA.
I live in NJ and I believe they are illegal as I just found out.
I am willing to pay the principal because they are killing me
with fees. But they will not accept. I have type up a ACH
revoke letter but some of them will not give me a phyical
address. Should I send them a email or fax? I am going
to close out my account. My question is what legal action
can they take against me?

On 7/26 I had my account frozen for any ACHs awaiting the direct deposit of my paychecks. On 7/27 I sent all my pdls letters via fax and e-mail revoking the ACHs. 3 days later I received a refund from one of them. The others sent me e-mails after the ACH didn't go through and I e-mailed the letters again. I received a few phone calls at work, but hung up on them. You need to have any ACHS blocked, close your account and THEN send your letters. If they know you are going to close the account, they'll clean you out.
