If anyone has had lenders that are overseas

i just wanted to give this information to everyone in case you may not know. One of the lenders Mypaydayloan.com the company that operates out of Costa Rica but gave the BBB a South Plainfield, NJ address. I filed another complaint with a new agency the BBB couldn't find them like the NJ address they gave so I had to file another compliant with
econsumers.gov
they deal with companies overseas.

I just wanted to pass on the information because a few of these lenders are in other countries operating illegally.

Thanks a lot for sharing the information in the forums, Danettere :-) It is true that there are lenders who are illegal and operate from overseas. They mis-lead the consumers and these consumers fall into trouble.

Most of the overseas PDLs use either bogus US addresses and/or bogus US phone numbers. They all keep saying they're legal and so forth; if that's true, why do they have to hide?
