I have a payday loan with one click cash since may 30th for 500,00 so far I have paid 985.00 in payments with a payment due on Friday. I know now they are illegal in the state in NJ. I was reading the contract I SIGNED AND I am confused about this part of the contract can I be held in anyway to this contract since I HAVE ALREADY OVER PAID.

they are part of MTE and totally illegal.close the account,and f
they are part of MTE and totally illegal.close the account,and file AG,and FTC complaints against them.you have overpaid and should get money back,but as with MTE d/b/a's they won't.in fact they will fight you on this,but they lent illegaly,and got almost twice what was borrowed.again,one click cash illegal and can't do squat.close you current account,and open a new one asap.
