Payday loan
Date: Mon, 11/09/2009 - 13:19
I live in New Jersey and recently I received a letter
from Professional Debt Mediation claiming I owe
$1000.00 on a payday loan. I had a loan with them
for $400 in which I paid $500 in fees. I have sent
them a Cease & Desist Letter informing them I will
not pay anymore that I consider this loan paid in full
and they are a illegal payday lender.
They claim they are going to report me to the 3 credit bureaus and they have been calling my work
number. My checking account has been closed. I
have already made complaints againt them with
the BBB, Attorneys Gen.Office. Is there anything
else I should do? Any help would be appreciated.

Send them a copy of N.J. payday loan laws because ALL payday loans are prohibited in your state. Tell them they are trying to collect on an illegal debt!
