What do I do now?! HELP!

Ok I cancelled my bank account. I did not send a ACH revocation email as I had no email addy for Payday One!
They sent this email and I am unsure of how to handle this! I don't have $300 to send them! Heck I don't even have $100 to send them right now! I'm playing catch up with my bills right now!
Do I still send the ACH revocation email or what? Please Help!
I'm not calling them! The account is in my husbands name and he will only hand me the phone to talk! I'd rather just do this in an email! I loose my cool with people like this, so it's calmer by email!

Your PayDay One loan is now Past Due because your payment of $292.50 was returned for Non Sufficient funds or an invalid bank account number. There are two easy ways to clear this up and remain a "Preferred Customer:"
- Visit http://www.paydayone.com, click on "My Account" to select your payment option
- Or call us at 866-580-1227
We will work with you to bring your account current, but a $25.00 return item fee has been added to your account. Furthermore, late, missed, defaulted payments may be reflected in your Teletrack report.
We sincerely would like to keep this from happening. So please contact us today.

Your only option now is to have a talk with the lenders and try to work out an extended repayment plan. Seeing that PayDayOne is a CSO, there is nothing much you can do about it.
I had to deal with PD1 a few months back and they are very rude
I had to deal with PD1 a few months back and they are very rude and they refuse to work with good people and make unreasonable claims. I'm still paying on a year old $400 loan :(
