Non-California Lender What are Me Recourses

Hi There,OK, I have learned from this site, that out of state payday loan lenders cannot legally lend to me, as a resident of California. I took out a 200.00 loan with Liberty Group, LLC, and have paid them 360.00 in a refinance fees. Non of the refinacing fees has gone to pay down the principle. ( I posted this earlier today).Ideally, since this lender does not have a liscense in California, I want to payoff the 260.00 loan that I owe them, and get a refund for the difference. How should I approach this with Liberty Group?

There is a template on this site. Send the letter certified US Mail or an e-mail. Make sure to state the laws of CA and request the refund! Stick to your guns and report them if they do not comply.
