None of these payday loan lenders are legal in your state. So, you're required to take the following steps:

Revoke the ACH authorization
Close your bank account
Pay back only the principal amount
Ask for a refund if you have already paid more than the principal amount

Nelly is right. All the above mentioned lenders are illegal in your state. Just pay back them the principal balance and get rid of this vicious cycle. Don’t worry, they can’t do anything.
