Hello, I've researched Missouri law regarding nsf's and etc.. My question is, what will happen if I close my account on 4 pdls I have. Granishment laws, calls at work. Payday One, Check ngo, advance america, plain green loans. I saw in the MO laws that the maximum loan amount was for 500. Check n go loaned me 1,750?? was that legal? Thanks for any responses.

Payday lenders operating in your state should follow the state rules and regulations. There are chances that most of the payday lenders that you've mentioned can be illegal in your state. They won't have the license to operate in your state. In such a situation, you can pay them the principal amount and close the account. They won't be able to debit money from your account. They may harass you with phone calls but you should inform them that they are illegal and hence you're not liable to pay them any further.
