Western Sky payday loan

I live in DE and got a loan from Western Sky. They are owned and operated from an Indian Reservation. The sold the loan to Cash Call which operates out of CA. I paid additional on this loan, which was supposed to be applied to principal and they have not done it. I still owe as much as I borrowed. The contract says no prepayment penalty and the reps said additional money would be applied to principal as long as I indicated that. I've already paid back more than I borrowed. They are now threatening me, b/c I was in a car accident and cannot work. Are they able to sue me or garnish my husbands wages... that's what they are threatening me with.

Western Sky is an illegal lender who sold your loan to Cash Call . Debts are civil, not criminal. You cannot be thrown in jail, wages garnished, etc. They are feeding you a bunch of BS.
