Ok, so I sent out a letter to Northway Financial stating that Zip 19 was an illegal company and was not authorized to do business in my state (Utah) and that they needed to stop calling me and my place of employment. I specified in the letter that I needed a physical address to mail payments to. Does the information they gave me regarding MoneyGram or Western Union cover that piece? My only problem is that WesternUnion charges up to $19.00 to send money. In that case, I'm still having to pay the balance of this loan in some regards. (It was $19.99 per $100.00 borrowed so in total $239.98 is what would've been due to Zip 19. In the terms stated in this letter at two payments of $100.00 by June 19th, and with the Western Union fees I'd be right back where I started.)
I received a follow up letter today and I need some guidance as to what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

on July15,2009, I applied for a loan from Zip19 I was told that I could cancel it in 48hrs just by calling and I had no problem reaching someone I ask for a email comfirming our comversation and it was sent. Have anyone ever did this before and if so what happened?
