Payday Loan Companies

I live in Washington, DC and would like to know which one of these companies are not allowed to lend in this state. Spot On Loans; Cashcall (Westernsky); Ameriloan and United Cash Loan.

If I recall correctly all of these are tribal lenders and not legal in your state or any others. Read the 'Sticky" from Ohiogal that talks about how to deal with illegal lenders. I've linked it below.

Payday lending is prohibited in Washington DC. All of your lenders are illegal in this state. So you owe only the principal. No interest, no fees. Close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop unauthorized withdrawal.
