I sent out through email a letter asking for a refund after reading all the info (which has been a great help with other lenders) today I received a letter through the mail a copy of my loan agreement, terms and payments and it stated that if I was not happy with the terms to pay it off now to avoid further interest. I overpaid by 2500.00 and am 2 months behind. The calls just started coming today. What can I do

That seems to be their standard response to people. Shortly after I sent them an e-mail stating they were servicing an illegal loan, I received the same thing in the mail.
I've changed bank accounts, and they've not tried contacting me yet, but I'm sure it will happen in a few weeks.

This is what needs to happen - forgiveness on all loans originating from illegal, tribal lenders and offshore sites. Just a big middle finger by the US Government to tell these crooks that their commerce isn't welcome here in America and if they want to pass their debts on to collection agencies in the United States those companies will be forced to shut down for attempting to collect on an illegal loan.
